There is no download. If you want to beta get the Steam version.

I've installed LoG2 2.1.13 with Steam.
But how can I install the beta 2.1.15?

I can't find *any* references to it in my Steam account.

Like all other beta releases on Steam:
- right-click the game in your library
- select "properties" from the appearing menu
- goto "beta" tab
- choose which available beta you want to take part in
- close menu to confirm

In case Steam does not offer to update the game, restart the client.

Steam is convenient also for developers in releasing software (and updating)... no question. Hopefully gog galaxy will provide this too.
