I start up the game and a pop up comes on my screen showing me this :

D3D error - create device failed D3DERR_DEVICE LOST

They are so now what do I have to do to get game to work right , this is what I have as a computer

Judging by the error message your video driver failed to do what LoG asked for. Since you got a rather current Radeon that is able of anything the game might ask for consider a driver update/reinstallation.

So are you saying to uninstall my drivers for my Radeon then reinstall? or reinstall the game?

I wanted to know that if I bought the game from steam directly does it make a difference for the download if I buy it throu this site?

The error message indicates a problem in your system's DirectX, especialy Direct 3D and that means your graphic card or it's driver. Assuming your card is ok it boils down to a bad driver so goto the AMD website, download the latest Catalyst for your Radeon, uninstall your current driver and then install the downloaded one.

I finally got it working after reading some other posts about this issue.
Seems that after restarting my computer it started to work lol.
