Is Seeker of Secrets actually obtainable?

Can somebody confirm for me - I saved a the golden key from the first treasury to get an extra prize from the second treasury. Does this mean I am stuck at 70/71?

If so, oh well, that's life for you.

I don't think these count as secrets. I took the golden key from the third treasury and went back to use it at the second. Still, I got all 71 secrets.
